Why Loving God The Most?

I desire for everything I do to reflect how much I love the Lord. I have realized this is a hefty and scary task. Not something that comes naturally but something I have to work at every day. I thought I was doing pretty well until I realized the amount of love it takes to love God more than my husband, more than my daughter, and more than my son! They are the three most precious people in the world to me. Still, I am called to love God more (Matthew 10:37-39). Because I love God the most, I love them with a whole heart, a complicated saying. This blog serves as my attempt to reflect my love for him in writing about life with Him and love for Him.

My Family

I am blessed to be a mom and a wife. I’m not perfect at being either, but I sure do enjoy it. Weston is our newest addition and just as handsom as his daddy. Sienna is the big sister, full of energy and love. Tony works on the Life Transformation team at our church and is great at loving his family unconditionally!

ME

I enjoy a variety of things; most have to do with one of three; Faith, Family, and Fashion. I studied at Azusa Pacific University and then Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary were I received a Master of Arts in Religion with and Emphasis in Female Adolescents. I have never taken any fashion classes outside of high school but my sewing machine is my second best non-human friend, the Bible being my first. I am also the president of Divine Inspiration Fashion Ministries, Inc., which for the time being, includes whatever I have time for in between doing the laundry, feeding the kids, going to the park, cooking, reading to my sweet peas and so on… Above all I love being a follower of Christ, love being a wife to Tony, and love being a mom to Sienna and Weston.
